Lynn & Mom’s Lemon-Dill Baked Salmon

Christmas eve I made a few individual salmon filets for those who don’t eat meat. I took my friend Lynn’s recipe: sprinkle each filet with a little Kosher salt and a crank on the pepper mill, add a couple
pinches dried dill strewn across the top and lay two or three lemon slice halves over the dill. I was baking them at 350F and Mom says “I always cook mine at 450.” Cranked up the oven and what a nice result. Cook for 9-10 minutes for medium.
