Happy National Cookie Day

 

To celebrate National Cookie Day, I’m happy to announce that my manuscript for HONEYPIE’S RECIPES: BISCOTTI Sweet, Savory & Gluten Free is almost done – just putting on the finishing touches and looking forward to a spring 2015 publication. The book has 75 different flavors, some with chocolate and nuts, some nuts only and other with no nuts (maybe some chocolate), savory and gluten free. Also there are some supplemental chapters that include recipes used in the biscotti, such as granola or candied citrus peel, and ones that are accompaniments to serving the biscotti, in particular the savory ones.
